Wow, indeed we have a problem with the captain.

What other suggestions do you guys have. Last night I was checking ntdb and saw a couple of nice passable ls guys as Top_Gear posted... Should we try with one of those?

The fwdef tech has been destroyed by the ht's and at least for U20 it doesn't loo that interesting anymore:(...

Yes, he hasn't logged in for some time, that is definitely not good. I have the same problem with Palosz owner, who logs in very rarely, while Palosz is one of the most important players for next season...

From the players you listed GK Ponczek is the most reasonable choice. I wouldn't go for TDF Wieczerzak, because it's not said that he will be needed in all matches.

He just has logged in.

Anyway, all owners of NT and U-20 players should be advised to set the most important players in the default lineup.

IMO Wieczerzak is better.

Let's hope the initial captain will still work. I wrote to the owner some time ago, and also talked to yancek about him.

A solid pm+def, even with one week of missed training would make a great captain for the next world cup.

Ok, I managed to contact with mily94 (owner of Odwrot). He said he had problems with logging to HT, but now everything is OK. Odwrot lost only one training and now he will be trained well, I hope he said truth :-)

One training isn't very big loss, so we can keep him as our captain :)

Great, please make also sure he has 10 physios and 10 doctors all the time(especially since he's not always logging in). Also, make sure he has 10 assistant coaches and he has him set up in the default lineup.

The training should be 100%playmaking and 5%stamina share,at least for the next couple of weeks.

OK, everything is done. Cooperation with him is very good and he doesn't make a problems :)

I'm not sure what to do tonight. We have some problems with the inners: captain in inadeq form, head player in inadeq form, technical(it's raining) in solid form. There are 3 more inners left, a 19y0 and two 20yo one in passable and one in excellent form.

Maybe it's time for our first CA of the campaign?:)

I was also thinking about it. They don't have great team confidence, they don't have great players, only thing they've got is TS and homefield advantage. And they won't have that TS advantage over Portugal, so I guess they will field a midfield heavy lineup and at least normal, if not mots us. A balanced 442 pic CA should work and even if it doesn't, after a pic against Russia we'd have good TS for last two games :)

Yes, that is my problem. They have great ts, they play at home and from my calculations if they play normal with 5inners they will take the midfield in almost whatever combination we play(reasonable one). And in ht, sometimes this is enough to get points therefore the fact that their attack is not that strong or the fact that they don;t have great players doesn't matter that match.

My two options now are either a pic+ca, or normal and aow(as you probably may have guessed) in a 352 formula. It is annoying that we have rain during the game, as otherwise we could have used a more power lineup(343 aim -but not 2 technical inners and 2 quick forwards are too dangerous on such weather).

In the worst case we need 4 points (and better goal difference than Portugal).
Because Portugal must play against Mexico the worst case means that Mexico should win this match and both must win all other matches.
Then Mexico will have 30 points and Portugal 29 - we have currently 25.
In all other cases we need only 3 point, or less.
If Portugal win against Mexico (Portugal play home) than we need only 3 points and better GD than Hong Kong. If match ends in a draw then we need only 3 points and better GD than better in match Mexico - Hong Kong.
So we have comfort to play for a draw today.

Is that AoW with two wingers? If yes, it can loose midfield really badly to anything involving 4 or 5 inners which can be a serious problem
