Chances are that this will be the last game of 20yos this campaign (and even if it isn't, they won't play a lot of games after this). So it's definitely better for every single player who can't play finals to train form. Some owners don't want to train form, but I guess some will agree, so we should try to get as much form training as possible.

I think You should check physiotherapists in clubs with U20 players to be sure that they have 10.

I talked today with owner of one of them and he had only 3 (of course currently has 10) ;-)

No, I assumed this has been done already, as I took over this generations when they already had 2 seasons of full training(at least!).

So did You give instructions to owners of future U20 players (currenty 17/18yo)? Or did You give instructions to new scouts to keep an eye of fizio in new owners? Your successor will be in the same situation ;-)

You don't have to be mean:).

I assumed the basics are done properly, which was obviously a mistake. These days I will make sure owners know the standard things: 10fizios, 10doctors(especially if they cannot login often),5%stamina share for at least the first season.

PS: In Romania I never ever had to talk about these things, that is why I didn't expect I have to talk about these issues here. There are some minimum conditions that the potential owners are being told: minimum solid coach, 10fizios, 9 assistants, etc...

Top_Gear will finalize the list of scouts and then we have to train all of them accordingly.

You assumed this has been done already but I assumed that You checked this. Vicious circle... But it's Your campaign, You are NT coach. And nobody else should give orders to others.

When You won elections You said that You saw many things to improve in Poland. So please improve ;-)

You recruited new workers to NT staff. You should tell them what should they do. We have many topic here and in HT about scouting... I have never seen Your posts in these topic. I don't see Your guidelines what You expect.

If You don't want to do something - You should select person to this job. I told You earlier: If You want something - please ask. Nobody know what You need if You don't ask. You should talk with polish users.

Who is coordinator of our scouts? Can You write list of all 17yo scouts? Who should coordinate their job?

Who should do this? I think that set lineup is not only job for NT coach.

Yes, I agree with what you're saying. But let's take it each a time.

First of all, my main objective is to take care of the current 19yo and 20yo generation and make the best of them. They are not great generations, but they are good enough to let us hope for a good world cup run. That is why I personally tried and talked to all the owners of the players in my shortlist, and discussed the training plan which is the most important. Even here I missed some things, as you pointed out, but that only shows I am not perfect which is not something new:).

As far as improving things, yes, I have lots of suggestion and I talked to Krzychu to open a thread once the qualification is over. There we will discuss the situation with the U20, the goods, the bads and what are my suggestions for improvement. However, I can only give ideas and try to implement as many as I can. The community is the one that needs to step up and help so that we can create a strong team than can compete at a high level at every world cup. The national coach gets changed quite often, but there should be a kernel of people that know what they are doing and that should take care of the main things. Therefore, trust me that I want to improve a lot of things, but you also need some patience. I cannot do it all at once, and I am taking each thing at a time. As I said before, even now people in Romania are "complaining" that the community is "obsessed" with the U20 because of me, and that we are wasting too many resources in that direction. But that is the only way in which a country below top 10 in number of users is now as strong as the best countries in the world(as far as squad and organization is concerned).

Now, I agree with you, there are a lot of things that I didn't very well so far and this needs attention too. First of all, Top_Gear has been working on this and he says he now has a team of scouts so this is where we start.

As far as guidelines are concerned, I told you above what I plan to do. Then as far as talking to the community, I really need some more help and since you seem to be everywhere I don't you help me with this. I need a briefing once or twice a week of things that are discussed, so that I can also come and bring new ideas, suggestions and advices. You are an experienced user so it would be a great help if you could do that.

And yes, I'm not here just to set lineups. I do want to improve things here and I still plan to do my best to do that. However, and this has been my strategy in Romania too in my first campaign, I first need strong results with the team and to get used to the community, staff, etc. It takes time to create a competitive environment and team around the U20 and NT team, and I am far from being done. Again, I need all the help that I can get, what you mentioned about talking to the users and coming up in more threads is what I want and I hope you'll help with that.
