Played a while with hrf and 3 inners on PIC indeed look too optimistic, while adding OCDs will rather increase (not lower) the risk. If using four IMs then sth like this

looks as reasonably safe option to me.

Ratings (probably be a bit too low as I didn't try to account for sublevels):

Attack is not super great, but even if they build a stonewall the chances to score one from sector attacks will be not so low, while there are set pieces and nice goal specialties around to help. Alternatively, I'd think of using Kołosiński as OWB and covering the hole in side defence by SPer as CDTW.

Although there are imo three more things to consider:
1. Do they have technical normal (in a sense of high scoring) forward?
2. Do they have a dedicated SetPiecer?
3. What maximum central attack could we expect from them if they used 3-5-2 AIM with off coach?

I am also thinking about a similar formation to the one you described. The defence ratings are pretty much that, while in attack (if we play the 2 solid passing inners imo) I expect to reach formidable attack.

I also like the idea of a 451 with
wbo,cdtw(Bokwa),cd(sp),wbd,
wo, imo,im, eim, eim
ftw

or even a 343 aim.

I expect them to not get better than solid(excellent if good passing for inners) attack with 352aim.

I haven't detected a clear sp taker for them, whereas for technical forwards I haven't seen any....

2. The keeper is close to skill up, the wc defender is low the magnif one is very high, the inners: the 2 old guys are one sn low the other wc vvh, and the other are wc low-average.

The forwards are wc low, same goes with the wingers except for the wc one which is high.

Might be not bad although I'd rather go for IMTW instead of OIM in such setup. Unlikely that they will have so low central defence that a bit less crappy central attack will make any difference.

If we can get brilliant or higher central attack it could be interesting. But if we don't lead by two goals around 70th minute some changes will probably be required as negative XP event may hurt badly if defences are relative low (side ones would be such?).

Actually in both situations (aow, or aim) I wouldn't play the special tactic. Since I expect to win possession in both cases, I prefer to not weaken the defence, as it will anyway be hard to score as it is and leaving them openings for scoring is not a good idea.

Pic, offensive coach. Solid very low midfield, solid very high central attack, magnificent very low side attack. 3 solid defences - would be more than enough if they go for midfield+defence and just enough if they go for attack+defence+CA - their forwards and wingers are weaker than ours, they won't use WBo in CA and they won't use offensive coach. Their only CA that could have nice attack is 433.

Some subs options:
- Basta instead of Semik as extra CD if in lead by 2 in 50th-60th minute
- Mokrzycki instead of Bucki and Zagajewski towards wing if the result is bad at approx 60th minute (this is a tricky one, as we will be threatened by team exp event near the game's end)

That pm maybe contributes to the wage. He increased on the 15th week, so he is +3(or +4)...

Perhaps wage lies and overprices Your estimation of main skill because SP=15 rises salary.
